3. This Agreement applies to all property damage resulting from a collision occurring in the province of Quebec involving 2 or more vehicles or a vehicle and the load of another vehicle, if the owners have been identified.
However, it does not apply to any property damage to an owned vehicle caused by the owner while operating another vehicle, or collisions involving only vehicles owned by the same persons or corporations.
